Robyn Clubb
Chairwoman
Robyn was appointed Chairwoman of ProTen in April 2019.
Robyn is currently Chairwoman of the Australian Wool Exchange, and former Chairwoman of the NSW Primary Industries Ministerial Council, and the Rice Marketing Board for the State of NSW.
She is a non-executive director of Essential Energy, Craig Mostyn Group and Elders Ltd.
Prior to becoming a non-executive director, Robyn had over 20 years executive experience in banking and financial services including with Citibank and AMP.
Bill Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Bill was promoted to CEO in May 2019 and moved to the Head Office, based in North Sydney.
Bill joined ProTen in 2014 as National Operations Manager, based in Griffith.
Bill has over 38 years experience in the poultry industry, the last 25 years with Tegel Foods (NZ), most recently as General Manager – Agriculture. Previous roles have included Technical Services Manager, Operations Manager and Livestock Manager.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from Murdoch University WA.
James Wentworth
Chief Financial Officer
James was appointed CFO and Company Secretary in 2017.
James has over 25 years experience in finance roles in the banking, investment and mining industries.
Prior to joining ProTen James was CFO of Finders Resources, an ASX listed mining company. He has also held roles with CHAMP Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank.
James holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Anthony Abraham
Director
Anthony is an Investment Director at ROC Partners and has over 25 years of agricultural investment experience.
Anthony established Macquarie Agricultural Funds Management as former CEO and was responsible for over AU $1 billion of funds under management.
He is currently a director of the Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) and an agricultural adviser to the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC).
Frank Barillaro
Director
Frank is an Investment Director at ROC Partners and has over 15 years of private equity and food / agribusiness experience.
Specialised experience in permanent crops (horticulture & viticulture), water assets and forestry.
Previously worked with Macquarie Agricultural Funds Management & ADM Capital Global Food and Agriculture.
Previous Board member of Macquarie Agricultural Services Pty Ltd, Macquarie Farm and Resources Management Pty Ltd and Amaretto Foods Pty Ltd.
Heather Stacy
Director
Heather was appointed Director of ProTen in September 2021.
Heather is currently a non-executive director of Agricultural Innovation Australia and the Rural Financial Counselling Service. Previous non-executive roles include AgriFutures Australia, Victorian Workcover Authority and West Gippsland Healthcare Group.
Heather has an executive career in agribusiness, heavy industry, manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods.
In 2016 she was made a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to primary industry.
Heather is qualified in agricultural science, has a Masters of Business Administration and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
